this information to attach your discount to. Enter the name in the application
exactly as you entered in your account.
We offer this discount in recognition of and support of those men and women
who risk their own well being to protect the rest of us from harm. We feel
it should be reserved for those who actually deserve it and refuse to let
others take advantage or our offer.
You must enter your superior or other contact person and contact phone for
verification. Optionally you may upload a scan of your ID or other documents
to verify your qualifications. This will be deleted as soon as we verify
